1 ACT to get the most out of an experience

Over the weekend I had opportunity to want to have a single conference in Vegas and then also this week and had an opportunity to facilitate my vision board workshop for  local church near my area and so one of the things I’ve told the individuals that were in the room of my vision board workshop that you have to set the intention. So today we’re talking about intention and what does that look like so. Sometimes we go to event conferences and we have a certain expectation that we’re expecting from that event and sometimes we go into it thinking that they’re not going to meet whatever our expectations is or we have high expectations for the event and then once we get there it does not meet our expectations but if you let those feelings affect you, you’re getting any other opportunities or making any other things happened during the event so one of the things I told them when we had the live event locally the vision board workshop, I want you to set your intention for today and what it is that you want to get regardless of what is about you and making sure that you get what you came to get, not about me, it’s not about anyone the person beside it was about you what you came here to get. So 1 ACT for you to get the most out of any experience that goes to you is that don’t let disappointment of what you may be expecting make you overlook available opportunities.

Sometimes like I say you may go somewhere you have high expectations and they don’t meet it so you let that disappointment  sink in and don’t participate or don’t pursue any other opportunities that’s available to you or you go into it thinking it is going to disappoint you anyway and so then you already have a negative intention about what you expect to get out of a live event. Your 1 ACT of getting the most out of any experience is to set the intention and don’t let that disappointment if it happens you know make you overlook any other available opportunities to you.
