When I worked with Nefateria, my hesitation was around “fear”. Fear of not having the skills and know-how to be successful once I complete specific tasks while working with a coach. My goal from the program was to put scheduling and payment systems in place as well as to complete a prenatal massage certification to focus on this target market. I hoped to get focused and back to my plan. I hoped to get clear about the pathway I wanted to take for my business.

The results I achieved since we started working together were, I have completed my certification and I also have some form of a scheduling system. What I liked best about working with Nefateria was I loved the accountability aspect, I liked that she kept me focused on the goals and I most certainly love the support I received throughout the process. Nefateria is very helpful. She helps entrepreneurs to break tasks down so they can be accomplished. Often times we look at things at the 100-foot level and get overwhelmed but working with her helped me to break things down into bite-sized pieces so I could accomplish goals. As I went through the program, things began to come into focus for me and it helped me to better position myself to move forward in my business ownership journey. Prior to the program, I had been thinking about taking a course for years and had not committed to it, until I made it a goal of completion within the  program. I’m happy that the task is now complete. I enjoyed the coaching sessions. Being able to talk through things I was thinking and having someone else with Godly love who cared about my interests just as much as I did make a huge difference as I went through the process.

When I worked with Nefateria my goal was to build my confidence in myself as a business owner and the product I was selling. Since working with Nefateria I have gained confidence in the product I am selling and I learned how to not quit on myself. I trust myself more when it comes to pricing, my ability, and my goals. I am more comfortable and relax when knowing it’s ok to say “No” and to hear “No” because for every “No” there is a “Yes”. Plus, I learn how to pray, and trust God! What I enjoyed best with working with Nefateria was the freedom she allowed for me to be myself, and that it was ok that what works for me may not work for everyone. I have benefited in more ways from my work with Nefateria I am more cognitive of my time, learning to stick to my business hours, and how to set goals. When I started working with Nefateria I wasn’t 100% sure what I would benefit from a business coach, nor did I really understand what a business coach does.  My goals were to see if through working together, we could create ways to help me become better organized and more efficient with my business, and to brainstorm and execute sales ideas.  The results I received since we started working together were that I’ve fine tuned my business pitch, which helped me be able to identify and explain my platform & its purpose.  This helped me gain a better perspective of which direction I wanted to take my social media in, which ultimately has helped me increase my followers and gain more recognition and sales. During my coaching journey I learned to have an appreciation for business coaches and the support that is provided.  Sometimes I may be overwhelmed with to-do’s or my mind may be a clutter of ideas, and by talking with my business coach, I gain clarity, perspective, and can prioritize. I gained tips, resources, guidance with fine tuning the operation of my business.  Coaching helped me with the accountability factor; it helped me to actually accomplish the things I planned, and not just say “tomorrow, or next week i’ll do it” as I’ve often done before which led to no work being done.  What I enjoyed most was having a coach who was equally emotionally invested in me and my business who celebrated each win / milestone with me…championing me!
