Power of Visualization

Apr 28, 2020 | Vision Board

Hello everyone. And welcome to the Nef nugget where I give you one tip that would inspire you to act and motivate you to move. And I am Nefateria Fonda. I’m an author and speaker, as well as a business and sales consultant for parallel-preneurs. That means you’re juggling your passion as well as your profession. You’re building your business while you’re working a nine to five, and you’re looking to get clarity on who you serve and how you serve them confident in your selling skills. So you can bring in the cash. So today we’re talking about the power of visualization. One of the things that my clients and other parallel-preneurs seem to struggle with is visualizing, seeing themselves beyond where they are currently in their business. Now don’t get it twisted. I’m not saying they shouldn’t be realistic about what the data is saying and what their expectations are depending on where they are in their business.

But I am asking them to believe beyond where they currently are. Right? Well, some of the important things about visualizing and why you should incorporate it into your business is because it teaches our brain to recognize the resources. It will need to help us attain whatever goal or dreams that we desire. Right? And number two, it creates a feeling of motivation to help you to strive more for your goals, as well as your dream. And number three, it promotes positive thinking, which will help you stay on track and be successful in the long run, right? And who doesn’t want to be successful in the long run. We did start a business because we didn’t want to be successful. Right? So your tip for today about how to visualize your goal is to find a quiet place, uninterrupted time. And before you give me any excuses, I don’t have a quiet place. I don’t have any uninterrupted time. The first thing you need to do is decide. I want you to understand the power of visualization. And if you decide that you want to harness that, then you will then find the time and the uninterrupted, quiet space to start doing that. Let your imagination go to work for you. Use all of your senses your touch your sight, your hearing, your smell, to taste, and just imagine your heart desires. I personally use vision boards to help me engage my imagination when it comes to my dreams and my desires and my goals, and that being the case, some of you will need that same type of engagement, right? You will say, no, I need to see it, Nef. I need to see it before I can believe it. I can’t just close my eyes and get quiet and imagine all of these things. I need something that I can see each and every day, right? So if that is you, and if you have been meaning to want to, but never took the time to create a vision board, then you need to join me for one of my upcoming vision board experiences. Just contact me to get the details.

So that is your one tip today that will inspire you to act and motivate you to move, start using the power of visualization. How do you start very simply one, make a decision. And once you make that decision, find yourself that five minutes of uninterrupted, quiet time to just to sit with your goals. But if you like me, you need to see it. Then you need to create your vision boards and I can help you do that.
